Who we are ... an ardent tea and teapot lover, Cynthia Hellman had been searching for tea vessels at auctions, specialty stores, and antique shops for several years.

Her search was for the "perfect tea vessel" ... a graceful pour, proper balance, and an appealing aesthetic quality.  Cynthia realized the need for a single source for unique, beautiful and functional tea vessels and in 2000 she launched eTeapot.com.
