What is the availability of the products?

Everything is in-stock & ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the product description.

May I have my items gift wrapped?

If you like, we’ll gift wrap your items with paper & ribbon for only $3.50 (not available for a few items).

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment.  We are unable to accept credit cards with International billing addresses as we can not verify the billing address.

You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server.  In our commitment to your security, every credit card is run through an address verification process to assure that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.  (See Privacy & Security for details.)  

It is our policy to charge your card only after we have prepared your order for shipping.  
We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of the order. 

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order with us, within 10 minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a link that will allow you to track that order.  Once your order ships, you will receive another e-mail with tracking information (if available).

May I place my order over the phone?

Absolutely!  We understand it’s sometimes easier to talk to a “real person” when placing an order.  Call us anytime Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 12:00pm Pacific Time.  Our phone number is 720.348.9730.

Will I be charged tax?

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Colorado.  We are required by law to charge sales tax in the amount of 5.1%.  The sales tax is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process.

Do you ever release my personal information?

We promise the information you give to use will NEVER be given away or sold to any outside party.  Please note that we have to provide the shipping companies address information to use for sending your items.

Is the web site secure?

We are dedicated to providing you with a secure, worry-free shopping experience!   Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for securing your online order information.
 
This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us.  When this encrypted information reaches our service providers secure server, it is translated back to its original form and stored safely offline and inaccessible through the Internet.

Every credit card is processed through an address verification system to assure that the card is registered to the billing address on the order. 

Returns

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return an item.  We promise to make it as painless as possible.  Please contact us within THREE days of receiving your order and we will provide you with complete instructions for returning products. 

It is VERY important to save the original shipping material as orders must be returned to us in their original packaging.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND anything back to us without talking to us first.

Upon receipt of the returned order, we will issue a credit to your Visa or MasterCard in the amount you originally paid less shipping.  Your credit will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned order.   

What if something is broken?

We try, we try, we try to pack every item so that it arrives at its destination in perfect condition.  Sometimes that does not happen.  Please contact us within THREE days of receiving your order.  We appreciate the opportunity to makes things right!
