Where do you ship & what shipping service do you use?

We ship only to addresses within the continental United States.  Our shipping service is typically through UPS Ground Service and their system requires a street address for delivery.  (UPS will NOT deliver to any PO or APO boxes.) 

If there are more than 4 items in a shipment there may be an additional charge due to the UPS calculations based on weight & size of boxes.  We will contact you and let you authorize the full shipping amount prior to our sending your order.

All shipments to Alaska & Hawaii travel via USPS Priority Mail for an additional $7 plus $6 per item.

What are the shipping costs?

Our normal UPS S&H charges are based on the subtotal of your order.

How long does shipping take? 

Once an order is processed, the delivery time frame is typically within 4-6 business days.

When does my order ship?

Orders are typically processed & shipped within 2-3 business days.

Can I track my shipped order? 

Once your order ships, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information.

How can I expedite shipping on my order?

Expedited shipping is offered via UPS.  Unfortunately, it is quite expensive!  You can anticipate an additional shipping expense of almost 1/2 the cost of your order for any expedited services. 

Please type “Expedited Shipping Request” in the “Comments” section of your order and we will contact you immediately with an estimate of the cost. 

We apologize for this extra step, but because UPS uses a dimensional rate for expedited shipping services we can’t calculate the charges until we put all the items in a box and weigh & measure it! 

Can I refuse delivery?

Yes, you can and the package will be returned to us.  Upon receipt of the returned order, we will issue a credit to your Visa or MasterCard for the purchase price less all shipping expenses. 

What if I inadvertently provide an incorrect shipping address?

Please double check the shipping address information you provide to us.  UPS charges us an additional $5.00 for every incorrect shipping address we provide to them.  Unfortunately, you will be subject to this additional cost.
