PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
Today, a 200-year old Polish tradition is carried out by skilled artisans who handcraft and handpaint each stoneware item with the same pride and care used over a century ago. Created in the oldest ceramics workshop in Boleslawiec, Poland, all Bunzlauer stoneware is distinguished by its captivating designs in colbalt blue and earth tones. A band of yellow with floral designs and iridescent eye markings inspired by peacock feathers are arranged to depict patterns that are distinctive to the Silesian region. Each piece proudly displays the artisans' initials and the unique Zaklady back stamp. Since each item is an individual creation, no two pieces are exactly alike.
