A delicious cream colored teapot with an authentic "honey comb" pattern. The honey comb is considered symbolic of hard work bringing it's just rewards, as the work of the busy bee produces the golden honey. The Aran Isles, off the coast of Galway Ireland, is famous for the sweaters that wives would knit for their fisherman husbands. It is this old tradition which inspires the design on the teapot. All Aranware items are heirloom earthenware quality and designed for use in the microwave & dishwasher.
