Swirls of petals in bright yellow, pink and blue offer a happy and radiant floral design. The white wicker backet has a leather strap handle and is lined with green gingham fabric. The basket makes a perfect carrying case and storage bin for this ceramic children's tea set. Set includes teapot with lid, creamer, sugar bowl with lid, 2 tea cups & saucers, 2 dessert plates and 2 sets of silverware. After playtime, all the pieces nestle back into the basket for storage. The pieces in the lid are held in place with elastic and those pieces in the bottom of the basket are held in place by form-fitting styrofoam. The tea set is considered a "large" miniature. Handles on the tea cups are large enough for adults to be able to grasp the cup and participate in a pretend tea party as well. We think this set is appropriate for children 3-8 years old. Please note ... this is for pretend playtime only and NOT a food safe tea set.
